However, with growing complexity of the platforms we produce, we highly recommend a web support package to keep those web technology wheels greased, maintain data redundancy and insure that no technical catastrophe happens. That’s where JDM Support comes in.
How Web Support Works
After JDM completes a project (website, mobile app, micro-site, rebranding–whatever), any one of JDM’s support plans may be purchased to ensure data redundancy, monitor performance, and/or support technical issues or modifications.
Support plans fall into one of the following four categories and each are on just a 90-day term. That means you can cancel or down-grade your support plan every 90-days. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
- Basic Web Support Plan
- Standard Web Support Plan
- Advanced Web Support Plan
- Agency Support Plan (white-labeled support services for multiple clients, call for pricing)
Please Note
Pricing for unsupported technical issues starts at $200/hour, two hours minimum. We HIGHLY recommend you consider purchasing at least the Basic support plan. You can cancel every 90-days, but we think you’ll be glad of it in the long run.
